Red Wines

1 Sabina Tempranillo – Spain

Tempranillo with a tiny proportion of Cabernet and Mer-lot, and around 3 months oak. Fabulously black in col-our, it has a lush, black fruit core with elements of fra-grant, smoky oak, and a long, resonant finish.

2 Santa Alba Merlot – Chile

This is a classic chiliean merlot. with flavours of delicious plum fruits, berries and bramble fruits. Great value easy drinking.

3 Vivolo Di Sasso Merlot – Italy

Juicy and fruity – a soft and fulfilling Merlot from Veneto

4 Yabber and Sons Cabernet – Australia

A well balanced, medium body with a touch of sweet spice and a good length on the finish all go together perfectly.

5 Navajas Tinto Rioja – Spain

Young and fruity on the nose, vibrant red fruits are complemented with hints of spice. Round and pleasant on the finish.

6 Percheron Shiraz Mouvedre – South Africa

Rich, dark and brooding, packed with warm, chocolate notes and a big savoury heart.
